Fred Biney is the financial controller of the National Association of Real Estate and Investment Trusts, Inc.

Fred   has over 30 years of experience in accounting and auditing in the US and the UK, focusing primarily on the non-profit sector for the past 20 years.

Fred is CPA and a Chartered Accountant. He is also member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Chartered Global Management Accountant, and Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (United Kingdom).
