DACE fellowship programs
DACE fellowship program is designed for students having outstanding talent and performing, or showing the potential for performing at remarkably high levels of accomplishment when compared with other students. Out of concern that Africa’s most gifted and talented young people are largely neglected and underserved, we created the fellowship program.
We did not just end there, we extend a helping hand to the least performing students to bring them at par with their colleagues. In essence, we take the top cream and the bottom seeds and mold them to be successful students. The under-performing students do not join the fellowship program but rather the reading and literacy intervention program. Both programs are run by professional and experienced teachers and are small-size classes, less than 15 students to a teacher.
As usual, we evaluate all our academic programs with regular testing and data analysis administered by consultants and educators.
