Quite a number of children are not enrolled in schools for reasons mostly tied to poverty and illiteracy. We at DACE have taken it upon ourselves to encourage such families to enroll their kids in school through our enrollment program. We try to soften the burden to the family by offering support and designing a workplan for the family.

We take it a step further by assigning a project coordinator to the families as their point of contact and to ensure the successful enrollment of the child. We liaise with the school to provide us with feedback on the child’s attendance and performance. All our other programs are offered to them as well.

The task is huge and we’ve barely scratched the surface of the problem. We are taking it one child at a time. We need your help.
